Lotte Williams

Dr Lotte Williams is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years experience across a variety of mental health fields. She trained in London and prior to moving to New Zealand in 2016, worked for the NHS in specialist paediatric services for Great Ormond Street and St Thomas' Hospital. She is the Clinical Psychologist for the Paediatric Diabetes Service at Starship Hospital in Auckland and works at Nurture Psychology, a specialist private outpatient clinic for eating disorders. Lotte is a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders. She has worked across the lifespan but her main focus and passion is supporting children, adolescents and families. She uses a holistic, person-centred approach and is dedicated to helping young people and families engage in health behaviours, reduce distress from living with a chronic illness and and learn strategies and skills to improve confidence, self-esteem and overall quality of life.
