Sharon has worked as a paediatric dietitian for over 30 years, initially in the United Kingdom and from 1994 in Australia.
I have worked in Paediatric Diabetes at Royal North Shore Hospital for the last 14 years. Particular areas of interest include nutrition and diabetes technology, managing challenging childhood feeding issues in diabetes and the development of nutrition educational resources. I am an editor of the Traffic Light Guide to Food series of books for diabetes management and a developer of a smart phone application called the Australian Carbohydrate Counter.
