Hayden Fricke

Hayden started his career as a professional tennis player and later moved on to become a Sport Psychologist. He also worked as a Drug and Alcohol Counsellor and with people with mental illness. Since then, he has had over 20 years’ experience in both external consulting roles for global organisations and internal HR, Organisational Development and General Management roles. Hayden established PeopleScape in 2009 and has been a key driver in growing the PeopleScape/Steople business for the last 10 years, which now has offices throughout Australia, New Zealand and USA. Its success is due to strong foundations Hayden has built through a combination of an evidence-based approach, a simple, pragmatic and commercial mindset and a highly engaging and authentic style. PeopleScape has a wide range of clients across almost every industry including NAB, Transurban, Medibank Private, St Kilda Football Club, RSPCA and Arts Centre Melbourne. Aside from running the business, Hayden conducts psychometric assessments for senior executives, provides executive coaching to senior business leaders, facilitates high performance teams’ workshops, provides career transition support at senior levels, and oversees large organisation-wide wellbeing programs. He is an avid cyclist, still plays tennis regularly and is father to 3 incredible teenagers.
